Led by Rory Campbell and Mathew Forde, our commercial law team provides advice to our commercial clients across a broad spectrum of business operations: whether from R&D on a new product, or deciding on the appropriate sales channels and market platforms for a business’s products or services, or engaging with a business’s customers either in local or international markets.
We work with a diverse range of business clients, big and small, from local start-ups to companies operating at a global scale. Not only do we equip our clients with the appropriate contractual ‘tools’ with which to engage with their particular markets but we also strive to provide our clients with responsive and practical business advice. We recognise that commercial clients will generally require swift and cost-effective guidance from their lawyers. Where our clients require solutions to problems, we will endeavour to seek out those solutions. Where our clients need to understand the risks in a commercial venture, we will aim to identify and explain those risks and how they can be best eliminated or managed. Where our clients need our opinion on whether or not to take a commercial decision, we will provide that opinion.
