Led by Mathew Forde, the Reputation Management team advises businesses and individuals on how best to safeguard established reputations and what to do when those reputations are at risk. The firm acts for a range of business brands and individuals with either established or developing reputations, including authors, publishers, newspapers, TV producers and broadcasters. As well as advising businesses and individuals on how to protect their reputations we also advise businesses and individuals on how to avoid causing damage to the reputation of others. This may include practical pre-publication and pre-transmission advice to our publishing and broadcasting clients to minimise risk of claims and to offer advice where claims have arisen. Where individuals seek to retain a level of privacy in their lives we can advise in relation to how this can be best preserved and what to do where there has been an unwelcome intrusion.
