Our core experience is in representing and advising a range of commercial clients including manufacturing, retail and distribution companies, technology-based organisations such as creative and software designers and on-line businesses and other service industries. We also act for customers in these sectors, and are therefore fully experienced in advising supplier and customer alike.

  • Domestic and international trade – advising on and preparing terms & conditions of business, agreements for sale and purchase of goods and services; distribution agreements; advising on licensing rights, agency and exclusivity provisions, general consumer law and trading and advertising standards; and carriage of goods; advising on invitations to tender and preparation and submission of tender bids.

  • Public Sector Commercial - advising public sector clients on terms of contracts for the acquisition of goods and services ranging from simple acquisitions (commodity procurement, provision of one-off, ad hoc or continued services including PR and consultancy services and facilities management) through funding (government department-NDPB relationship agreements, third party grant administration schemes, multi-party funding arrangements for central and local government clients) to complex management projects (multi-party management agreements, strategic partnership outsourcing agreements)
